Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • Plain, grass fed, full-fat yogurt
  • Honey or pure maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Toppings: shredded (unsweetened) coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and/or hemp seeds
  • Any seasonal organic berries

Instructions

In your bowl of choice, add plain grass fed full fat yogurt.  Drizzle it with honey or pure maple syrup.

Sprinkle the yogurt with cinnamon.

Add your choice of toppings:  shredded coconut and pumpkin seeds or chia seeds and/or hemp seeds.  Finally, top with any organic berry that is coming into season.
