Super-Powered Green Tea Pudding


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp organic matcha tea
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of grass-fed milk
  • Toppings: a handful of raspberries, blueberries & chopped pecans
  • Optional sweetener: honey or maple syrup


The night before you want to enjoy it:
Place chia seeds and matcha in a small bowl (a traditional matcha bowl or mason jar works just fine). Gently stir until chia seeds and matcha combine. Drizzle in vanilla, and add milk.

If you prefer a sweeter pudding, stir in your sweetener of choice.

Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
