Sautéed Mixed Greens

  • Dandelion greens
  • Spinach
  • Mustard greens
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Baked potatoes


Select s fresh greens such as dandelion greens, spinach and mustard greens. 

Sauté onion and garlic in a little olive oil, add greens and cook until wilted, salt lightly.

Serve over baked potatoes after smashing them with a fork.
