Roasted Asparagus


  • 1 lb. asparagus—woody ends broken off
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Butter


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place butter on cookie sheet, lay asparagus in a single layer on top of the butter. Sprinkle garlic over asparagus and bake (or grill) at 400, turning every few minutes. When asparagus starts to wrinkle (approximately 5 minutes or LESS) remove from heat and sprinkle fresh ground salt.
