Instructions

This is a liquid version of the popular asana kisser salve I used to sell at my studio. It is an effective pain relieving, relaxing oil that also opens airways and has a nice aromatic component. A small amount goes a long way. It is power packed with herbs and essential oils that relieve pain via several mechanisms such as reducing inflammation, blunting the pain response, relaxing spasms, and increasing blood flow which speeds healing.

The formula includes wintergreen which is one of the most powerful analgesics, arnica which works its magic by stimulating and dilating blood vessels in injured areas of the body, calendula which is a cooling herb, releasing the heat of inflammation while speeding up the wound healing process, rosemary which is also analgesic, anti-inflammatory, improves circulation and improves healing, along with cinnamon leaf which brings in circulation for healing, lavender which reduces pain, inflammation and stress, ginger for its highly anti-inflammatory properties, marjoram to reduce spasms and relax muscles, and peppermint and spearmint which are both also analgesic and improve blood flow by dilating blood vessels. Powerful pain relief!
