Almond Butter Bread – Paleo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural almond butter with no additives, stirred well
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a glass loaf pan with coconut oil or if using metal line with parchment paper.

Whisk the almond butter and eggs together until blended smoothly. Then whisk in the salt and baking soda.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.

The bread is done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean
